Orders from Shopify, kept in sync
Orders arrive via webhooks. Edits, cancellations, and fulfillments flow both ways so nobody is copying numbers into a spreadsheet.
Someone still has to pick the order, check stock, book the courier, and keep Shopify honest. Integra is where your team does that — tied to your store, your branches, and your couriers.
What it does
Shopify is great at selling. Integra is built for everything that happens next — when your ops team, warehouse staff, and finance all need the same version of the truth.
Orders arrive via webhooks. Edits, cancellations, and fulfillments flow both ways so nobody is copying numbers into a spreadsheet.
Stock is tracked per branch and per Shopify location. Reservations hold units when an order is confirmed — so you do not oversell while someone is still picking.
Picklists, packing, shipment booking, and stage tracking when your warehouse pipeline is on. The floor knows what to do; managers see where things are stuck.
Book shipments with integrated carriers, print labels, track deliveries, and push fulfillment status back to Shopify when the parcel leaves.
Products, variants, and collections stay aligned with your storefront. Your team manages what sells without fighting the admin every time something changes.
Different people see different screens — sellers, warehouse, admins. Activity logs show who changed what, which matters when an order goes sideways at 6pm.
How it works
A customer checks out on Shopify. Integra picks up the order, maps it to your local catalog, and routes it to the right branch based on how you have set things up.
Warehouse staff work through pick and pack. Stock is reserved so another channel cannot grab the same units. When the courier label is printed, fulfillment syncs back — customer gets tracking, finance sees a closed loop.
That is the whole point: fewer phone calls asking “did this ship?” and fewer nights reconciling Shopify against what the warehouse actually sent out.
Who it is for
If you are running a Shopify store with real inventory, multiple branches, and local couriers — and your ops lead is the person everyone Slacks when something is late — Integra is built for that team. It is not a storefront. It is the back office that keeps the storefront from lying.
Platform admins onboard sellers, configure couriers, and watch webhook health. Each seller gets their own portal for day-to-day orders, inventory, integrations, and team access. Same system, different front door depending on who signed in.
